The event started on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, with a kick-off meeting at the Ministry of Industry and Trade CZ in Prague. The agenda included partner introductions, discussion on project results and work plan, as well as communication and dissemination. After the meeting, participants prepared for the Study Visit held at Praktik System s.r.o. in Stráž pod Ralskem, Czech Republic. Praktik System is a company that has been seeking recycling solutions for 27 years and is one of the leading European processors of electronic waste and plastics.
On the evening of the same day, a joint dinner took place at Šenkovna Fine Wine Pub in Prague.
The following day, May 18, 2023, the WEEEWASTE Interregional Workshop was held in Prague. The agenda included partner presentations, introduction of policy instruments, and a discussion. The event concluded with a closing session and a networking lunch.
The event was a great success, providing participants with an opportunity to exchange information on the latest developments in recycling and share their experiences and ideas.
